Find a lower nightly room rate for our Resort?
Book directly with us using our online booking system and we will guarantee you our lowest nightly room rate! If you find our villas with a lower price anywhere online matching the exact same check in/out dates and room type (on the same day of booking), not only will we match the price, but we will offer you a $25 voucher for use at our poolside bar*.
How it Works:
Step (1) Book your room directly using our online booking system.
Step (2) Find the exact same conditions* at a lower price on any other online travel sites on the same day you are booking (or within 24 hours of booking), copy the URL and take a screenshot of the page which is reflective of the final step in the booking process (many third-party websites advertise at a lower but end up being the same price/more expensive once clicking through). The screen-shot should include all booking details (travel dates, number of people, currency, rate, room type, etc.).
Step (3) Email the screenshot and url to [email protected] within 24-hours of booking (step 1). We will review and notify you if the price match has been confirmed. If yes, your rate will be adjusted and reflected in an updated confirmation email. Please note that the same policies will apply we will make sure you enjoy a $25 voucher for our poolside bar!
*Conditions: Applicable to the same room category, bedding type, travel dates, and number of people (adults and children). Does not apply to package (air + room) vacations. Ensure your booking currency also matches e.g., USD=USD; CND=CND, etc.

When using a PC:
Visit the web page that displays the related information.Use the “Print Screen” button on the keyboard to capture the image that is on your screen.
Open a Word document and paste the image into your document.
When using a Mac:
Press Command+ Shift+3 (at the same time) this will capture the screen. The file will automatically be saved on your desktop.
